Return Policy & Terms

  • We will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 15 days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from carriers.
  • All products we sell, come with a one-year warranty from the manufacturers (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases, please contact the manufacturer for service. Parts such as sealing ring, safety valve, pressure regulator, etc. are prone to wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
  • After 15 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
  • Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. You may upgrade or downgrade an item within 15 days of purchase as long as the originally purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box.
  • Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
  • Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use, do not deliver inside homes.
  • Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
  • Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA.
  • We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
  • Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 day of receiving the ordered item(s).
  • Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs. We guarantee that we will do our best to service your item at low cost or even no cost to you even after the warranty period is over.
  • 20% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.
  • All returns must be in original unused and non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty card, accessories, all intact.
